When you become Webmaster client, there are two things you will need to make a note of, that’s all.

The first (and most important element of our service) is your webmasters direct telephone number. This will allow you to ask any questions you have relating to our services and your website. Don’t worry, as an annual client, this will not come off your allocated hours.

The second item you need to learn is how to use our ticketing system. This is where you will submit all your requests and work to be carried out. Don’t worry, we will give you a full introduction into how it works.

It is very easy for things to get complicated, so here is a definitive guide as to what we do, how we do it and how much you will pay for this service. The level of service you receive (including certain functions and allocated diary space) will depend on your chosen level of webmaster package.

How Our Webmasters Do It

Every month, you will be allocate up to 3 hours of time in our webmaster diary. Your time will be treated as a PRIORITY and given first refusal on any timeslots available. Pay as you go clients can book as and when they need us for a set fee.

We will update your website seamlessly, your visitors won’t even know we have done it.

All you have to do is decide on what you need done (or allow us to present a detailed report for you to view regarding recommendations) and submit a ticket to your Professional webmaster,

When we begin, both parties enter into a non-disclosure agreement, you create us an admin login and we will do the rest.

Don’t worry, you are still in control. Before we carry out any update to your website, we will send you an email at least 24 hours before we act.

If you do not want us to update something, for whatever reason, just contact your webmaster and he will confirm your requests with you and discuss the option available to you.

How Much Will I Pay?

This will depend on whether you choose to pay quarterly, annually or indeed as and when you need us (Pay as you go).

If at the end of the period you no longer require our services, just drop us a line and we will cease work at the end of your payment period.

*Annual packages attract a discount of 2 months FREE and you can pre-book your space in our diary up to 8 weeks in advance. Monthly clients can pre-book up to 4 weeks in advance. Pay as you go hours will depend on diary workload but will be carried out within 5 days of payment receipt.
