If you pay in full or deposit, monthly, quarterly or pay as you go, this will apply to you too. If you pay a deposit, you will not have to pay the balance if we do not meet the project expectations as set out below.

Upon entering a development contract with us, ITsold will supply you with an agreed project scope, this will include the following

1. A legally binding non-disclosure agreement. This ensures project confidentiality at all times
2. Upon cleared payment receipt, we shall issue a delivery date for your project (subject to receipt of data requested)
3. We will issue a defined scope that will include ALL work to be carried out ie design elements, copy, images etc.
4. The project scope will indicate the responsible party for whom shall deliver point 3
5. All hosting needs will be met within 24 hours of cleared payment receipt
6. ITsold will not be held responsible for missing any deadline or be in breach of the above agreement due to failure outside of our DIRECT control. This may include you not responding to emails, data requests and of course external power failure.
7. All webmaster services work will be fully scoped PRIOR to commencement and agreed by both parties.
8. No refund is available for webmaster services is work has commenced and deemed to have met this scope by both parties.

If we do not meet all the above, we will honour our 45 day money back guarantee.

During this time, all development will take place on our webspace and servers (unless full payment has been received.)

Once we transfer the project onto your web space/domain name, the money back guarantee is deemed expired.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
